Day 04
Bangkok Ayuthaya Kanchanaburi
Leave Bangkok by road and travel towards Ayutthaya, the former royal capital of Siam. Wander among its monumental temple ruins and weathered Buddha images before continuing west to Kanchanaburi. Arrive beside the River Kwai and spend the evening surrounded by the region’s forested landscape.
Day 05
Kanchanaburi-History and Erawan
Explore the powerful history of Kanchanaburi, including the Thailand-Burma Railway and the famous Bridge over the River Kwai. Continue towards the historic Hellfire Pass area before spending the afternoon amid the forests and cascading pools of Erawan National Park. For those who prefer a slower pace, the river and surrounding countryside offer a peaceful alternative.
Day 06
Kanchanaburi Bangkok Overnight Train
Enjoy a relaxed morning beside the River Kwai before returning to Bangkok by road. In the evening, board an overnight train from Bangkok heading north. As the landscape gradually changes beyond the capital, the journey itself becomes part of the experience.

Day 07
Chiang Mai | Temples Above the City
Arrive in Chiang Mai and spend the morning at leisure. Later, ascend towards Doi Suthep, one of northern Thailand’s most important temple sites. From the mountain, look across the city and surrounding countryside before returning to explore Chiang Mai’s atmospheric evening markets.
Day 08
Chiang Mai | Life in Northern Thailand
Today offers a more personal introduction to Thai culture. Visit a local family and discover the ingredients, techniques and flavours behind northern Thai cuisine. Prepare traditional dishes together before sharing a relaxed meal — an opportunity to experience Thai hospitality beyond the usual sightseeing circuit.
Day 09
Chiang Mai | Elephants & the Forest
Spend the day learning about Thailand’s elephants at a responsible sanctuary. Observe rescued elephants in a natural setting and discover more about their behaviour, care and relationship with local communities. The experience is deliberately unhurried, allowing time to appreciate these remarkable animals without turning the encounter into a performance.
Day 10
Chiang Mai • Krabi | From Mountains to the Andaman
Fly south from Chiang Mai to Krabi, exchanging northern mountains for Thailand’s spectacular Andaman coast. After arriving, continue to the coast and spend the remainder of the day at leisure, with views towards the dramatic limestone formations that define this part of Thailand.
Day 11
Krabi | A Day Beside the Sea
Slow the pace and enjoy a free day along the coast.
Swim, relax on the beach or explore the surrounding shoreline by long-tail boat. The limestone islands and turquoise waters provide a natural backdrop for an unhurried afternoon.
Day 12
Krabi | Islands, Lagoons & Limestone Caves
Take to the water for a day of exploration around Krabi’s island-studded coastline. Depending on conditions, cruise towards the Hong Islands or explore quieter lagoons and hidden corners of the coast by kayak. The day combines the scenery of Phang Nga Bay with the distinctive karst landscape of southern Thailand.
