Day 02 |
Delhi |
After breakfast, combined full day sightseeing tour of Old & New Delhi. Start your visit with Old Delhi, founded in 17th century by the 5th great Moghul Emperor Shahjahan. Visit the famous Jama Masjid (Friday mosque). Later take a brisk walk in the winding lanes of Old Delhi to get the real taste of India. Visit the Mahatama Gandhi Memorial and take a panoramic tour of India gate & President House.
Later visit Qutub Minar, the tallest 12th century minaret situated in the South of Delhi. Before sunset visit a Sikh Temple, known as Gurudwara Bangla Sahib. A place where you see the fervor of Sikh community.

Day 03 |
Delhi-Jhansi-Orchha ( 0600hrs-1040 hrs ) |
Morning transfer to New delhi Railway station to board shatabdi train to Jhansi. Arrive Jhansi and drive to Orchha. Afternoon visit Orchha palace & temples. Evening attend Arti ceremony.

Day 04 |
Orchha-Khajuraho ( 165 Kms ) |
Morning after breakfast checkout & drive to Khajuraho. Arrive & check into the hotel. Post lunch proceed for a half day temple visit. 10-11th century temples of Khajuraho (Kha-ju-ra-ho) are India's immortal gift of sensual love to the world. Their divine sculptures are a tribute to life itself, embodying its colorful, joyous, and yet sublime essence. Their playful murals portray diverse erotic possibilities, celebrate the essential sensuality of human nature Randing from the majesty of Lord Shiva's lingum (phallus) to the postural enticements of the apsaraas (heavenly maidens), the art of these temples is a tingling paradise for the senses of psyche and soma alike. Khajuraho |
Morning after breakfast proceed for full day sightseeing of Western temples & post lunch visit the Eastern Temples. Evening visit the light & sound show.

Day 06 |
Khajuraho-Satna-Allahabad ( 1140 hrs-1540 hrs). |
Morning after breakfast check out & transfer to Satna Railway Station to board your day train to Allahabad. Afternoon arrive Allahabad & transfer to your hotel. Allahabad is among the largest cities in Uttar Pradesh. Allahabad stands at the confluence of two holy rivers, the Ganga and the Yamuna. Sangam, as the confluence is called, is the venue of many sacred fairs and rituals, and attracts thousands of pilgrims throughout the year. This number swells to millions during the world-famous Kumbh Mela. A third mythical Saraswati river, believed to flow underground towards the Sangam, gives the confluence its other name 'Triveni'.

Allahabad. |
Early morning boat ride in Ganges & later after breakfast drive for two hours (45kms) to Sitamarhi, where your sailing crew will be waiting. Transfer to boat and start sailing down the Ganges to Vindhyachal. Camp on an island across the temple town.

Day 08 |
Mirzapur-Chunar Fort |
Morning start sailing with a visit to the ancient Devi temple. Enroute pass through Mirzapur. Camp on arrival at Sindra Island before Chunar fort.

Day 09 |
Chunar Fort-Varanasi ( 125 Kms ) |
Morning start sailing to Varanasi, enroute visit Chunar Fort. On arrival at Varanasi visit Ramgarh fort on the bank of the river and then transfer by car to hotel. Evening rickshaw ride upto the famous Dasashvamedh Ghat and attend the evening Puja Ceremony. Return back to the hotel.

Day 10 |
Varanasi-Sarnath-Varanasi |
The holy city of Varanasi, known as the city of temples and learning , is a place of great historical and cultural importance. This religious capital of India is situated on the banks of the holy river Ganges and is presided over by Lord Shiva. It is the heart of India and an epitome of the synthesis of cultures, religions and races. The river-front of the city is decorated by hundreds of well built ghats which is a unique feature. The city is reputed for silk fabrics, perfumes, artistic brass and copper wares and a variety of handicrafts This vibrant city of joy knowledge and liberation has a magnetic attraction for people all over the world.
Early morning enjoy the boat ride on the holy river Ganges followed by a brisk walk in the winding narrow lanes of Old Varanasi. Later visit the Bharat Mata Temple, which has a big relief map of India in marble,and a panoramic tour of The Benares Hindu University. Return to the hotel for breakfast.
Afternoon visit the Buddhist site Sarnath, where Buddha preached sermons to five disciples for the first time after attaining enlightenment.

Bodhgaya-Gaya-New Delhi ( Train ) |
Bodhgaya is a Serene and quiet tiny little village, holiest among all Buddhist holy places, where the quest of Prince Siddharth was fulfilled after years of seeking the truth and the saga of Buddha began. He attained the supreme enlightenment and became 'The Buddha', the enlightened one. Bodhgaya has naturally developed into the most sacred spot for Buddhists from all over the world, especially the affluent south East Asia. The Bodhi tree under which the Buddha attained enlightenment is considered to be among the oldest and the most venerated tree in the world. Evening transfer to Gaya Station to board your overnight train to New Delhi.
